About The Position

This role falls under Directory Management Operations as part of the Directory Monitoring and Support sub team, working with various vendors and stakeholders to help maintain enterprise-wide solutions. This role is responsible for monitoring and supporting the management, patching, support, maintenance, and recovery of multiple Active Directory domains, Azure cloud environments, the tools supporting them, and end users using the service. Further responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, documenting processes and procedures, and participating in program / project calls.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with the SolarWinds platform including creating application monitors, setting up nodes with custom properties, developing reports, managing alerts, and administration of the framework.
  • Experience with Active Directory and server monitoring processes and solutions
  • Knowledge in scripting (PowerShell, SQL) and data mapping
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, including the ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

  • Configuring and managing monitoring a SolarWinds monitoring solution
  • Troubleshooting user reported issues via service desk ticket
  • Installation, customization, configuration, and support of Active Directory support and governance tools
  • Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts
  • Participate in projects that require Identity and Access Management (IAM) team involvement
  • Oversee production releases
  • Monitor delivery against SLAs
  • Support and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient platform
  • Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards
  • Participate in production support for any Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents
