About The Position
The Director of Field Operations at Bradley Concrete is responsible for leading the Superintendents and project teams to ensure that field operations are effectively planned, staffed, and executed. This role involves representing field operations in leadership meetings, preparing teams for growth, and overseeing the safety, quality, and productivity of projects. The Director will also play a key role in business development and preconstruction planning, ensuring that projects are set up for success from the outset.
