Manages and guides the Focus Tech team in identifying growth opportunities, acting as a bridge between technology, sales, and operations to drive customer focused solutions. Oversees and directs technical initiatives, engineering projects, and customer support programs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and technical support training. Participates and leads key customer meetings to provide general technical insights and promote Focus Tech solutions. Develops executive summaries on existing technology provided and future technology needed ensuring technical alignment supports sales across all regions. Manages the needs of customers in order to meet the objectives of the company’s overall business plan and strategy.
