About The Position
Our ideal Director has strong leadership skills, is an excellent communicator, and can motivate and inspire others. Most importantly our Director posses strong care and love for children and is greatly involved in the community and it's events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in a preschool setting as a Director.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- A genuine love for children and a strong commitment to early childhood education.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily school operations, including human resources, quality assurance, and facility management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families to support a positive school community.
- Onboard, train, and support staff to ensure successful performance and professional development.
- Manage the school’s budget and ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
