About The Position

The Director will serve as a key strategic leader within the organization, responsible for overseeing and guiding multiple departments or a significant business unit to achieve operational excellence and drive sustainable growth. This role requires the development and execution of comprehensive strategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and resource optimization. The Director will be accountable for managing budgets, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. They will also act as a liaison between senior leadership and their teams, communicating priorities and facilitating decision-making processes. Ultimately, the Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s future by delivering measurable results and inspiring high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in a relevant industry or functional area.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering strategic initiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and resource planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities
