About The Position
The Director provides leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of clinical activities to ensure accomplishments of objectives. This role involves directing and supervising facility operations, financial affairs, nursing, and patient care services. The Director manages effective operations for specified unit(s), with 24-hour responsibility for all clinical, human resource, and business functions. Additionally, the Director participates in advancing the leadership agenda for the Nursing Department and contributes to the advancement of professional nursing.
