The Division of Enrollment Management at Rutgers University-Newark is responsible for attracting, admitting, and supporting students throughout their academic journey. One Stop Student Services offers a centralized point of contact for students seeking assistance with financial aid, registration, records, and other related matters. The Office of Financial Aid provides students with information and support related to financial aid, student accounts, and bill payment. The Registrar's Office maintains student academic records, handles registration, and provides services related to transcripts, grades, and diplomas. The Office of Graduate and Undergraduate Admissions works in collaboration with the schools/colleges at Rutgers University-Newark to recruit and yield new graduate and undergraduate students to the university. The Center for Pre-College Programs administers pre-college and career readiness pipeline programs designed to educate, inspire, and prepare students to be future-focused and 21st century ready. The Director of Financial Aid is responsible for overseeing the administration of all student financial aid programs at Rutgers University - Newark and is the key role in institutional efforts to maximize aid opportunities and minimize students' cost of attendance over the course of their academic career.
