The Director of the Yale Film Archive provides vision and leadership for the archive, overseeing a team responsible for delivering high-impact research and learning services to the Film and Media Studies Program and the broader Yale community. This role involves collaboration with library colleagues to enhance organizational strategies, manage film and media collections, and ensure alignment with faculty and student needs. The Director is also responsible for collection development, preservation, and the management of facilities and technology, while promoting equity, inclusion, and accessibility within the library's mission.
