About The Position
The Director of Workplace Violence Prevention is a system leadership role responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of a comprehensive Workplace Violence Prevention Program across Emory Healthcare. This role ensures a safe and secure environment for all patients, staff, and visitors by designing evidence-based policies, conducting training programs, and fostering a culture of safety and respect. Reporting to the VP of Employment Practices, the Director collaborates across departments to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
