The Director, Workplace Strategy is a key leadership position in the organization, leading a team responsible for setting physical workplace policies for American Express globally. This role will set a workplace strategy such that Amex has a competitive edge to win the talent war. The position involves creating and leading a process to gain workplace sentiment feedback from across the enterprise, using innovative technology to automate office systems, and building an integrated colleague experience approach.
