About The Position
The Director, Workplace Strategy is a key leadership position in the organization, leading a team responsible for setting physical workplace policies for American Express globally. This role will set a workplace strategy such that Amex has a competitive edge to win the talent war. The position involves creating and leading a process to gain workplace sentiment feedback from across the enterprise, using innovative technology to automate office systems, and building an integrated colleague experience approach. The role will also involve cultivating relationships with Business Units to support tailored workplace strategy development and delivering projects across colleague journeys.
