Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in banking, financial services.
• Experience working in a global financial institution is strongly preferred.
• Master’s level education or similar advanced level degree.
• Expert understanding of working capital fundamentals, including pitching, structuring and end-to-end implementation.
• Experience in structuring complex (multi-jurisdictions), Supply Chain Finance and Receivable Finance transactions.
• Experience in structuring Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Securitization transactions is strongly desired.
• Expert understanding of Trade Finance Solutions, particularly Standby Letters of Credit.
• Demonstrated expertise preparing and delivering marketing presentations to existing and prospective clients.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid problem solving skills and creativity that can be translated into financial structures.
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial with strong credit risk background.
• Resilient and committed, able to deliver within tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Flexible over working hours and prepared to travel.
• Team player.
• Good Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and originate Trade & Working Capital Solutions including Trade Finance and Working Capital Solutions.
• Lead client engagements to identify and address needs through Trade & Working Capital Solutions, driving successful sales outcomes.
• Originate new businesses and develop own pipeline.
• Responsible for front-to-end deal structuring, including determining the most appropriate parameters of the deal structure.
• Seek relevant internal commercial approvals and prepare internal credit approval packs.
• Engage with Senior Credit Risk Officer on the deal structure.
• Engage with counsel on the drafting, negotiation and execution of the legal documentation.
