  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development program for Workforce Planning staff.
  • Lead and execute complex projects by converting requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide direction by analyzing business objectives and developing strategies.
  • Oversee workforce analytics and planning by developing strategies and consulting with leaders.
  • Develop strategies to attract and maintain a skilled workforce through recruitment and mentorship.
  • Manage workforce planning projects by setting priorities, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
  • Inspire, develop, and manage a team of high-performing leaders and managers.
  • Build a culture rooted in accountability, diversity, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor emerging Walmart talent, supporting organizational capability building and career advancement opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field and 5 years' experience in data management, business analytics, statistics, or related area OR 7 years' experience in data analysis, statistics, computer science, or related area.
  • 2 years' supervisory experience.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in Workforce Planning, Business Strategies, Cross-Functional Team Leadership, Data Analysis, and Project Management.
  • Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in retail operations.
