Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, labor planning, or people analytics, with a proven track record of using data to influence business outcomes and shape workforce strategies.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and deep familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors); experience with data integration tools and basic data querying (e.g., SQL) is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to connect workforce insights to broader business strategy and organization design; capable of synthesizing complex data into clear.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and initiatives in matrixed environments; strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across HR, Finance, and Operations.
  • Ability to present workforce insights in a compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to diagnose workforce challenges and develop innovative, data-backed solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a global workforce planning model that integrates labor planning to align near-term staffing with operational demand while enabling long-term capability forecasting, cost optimization, and workforce agility.
  • Analyze internal and external labor market trends, productivity drivers, and workforce dynamics to provide forward-looking insights that shape talent, operational, and organizational decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership to embed workforce and labor planning into enterprise business planning, budgeting, and transformation initiatives.
  • Research and implement emerging workforce analytics trends, tools, and methodologies.
  • Build, coach and grow a high-performing, diverse team that values collaboration and focuses on curiosity, continuous learning, and business impact.
  • Use predictive modeling and simulation to assess future workforce scenarios, identify capability and labor gaps, and recommend proactive interventions.
