About The Position

The Workforce Development Director is responsible for the design, development and implementation of TidalHealth's career development programs. This requires working closely with TidalHealth's leaders to develop pipelines and pathways for careers across the System aligned to the System strategic objectives. This position is responsible for understanding talent gaps, leadership needs, and changing business objectives. The position develops and implements processes for internship opportunities, school affiliations designations, and community partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Human Resources or related field.
  • SHRM or HRCI Certification is preferred.
  • Five (5) years of previous experience in management of outreach, human resources or program pipeline development required.
  • Experience in a Healthcare setting or highly complex matrix environment coordination strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
