About The Position

As the Director, Website & Marketing Operations you will own Quantinuum's digital "front door" and the marketing operating system behind it. You'll lead website strategy and performance, marketing automation and nurture operations, data/CRM hygiene, analytics/attribution, and the processes that connect marketing programs to sales outcomes - reliably and at scale.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED Minimum
  • Minimum 8-12+ years in marketing ops/digital/web roles in B2B tech; experience with complex, technical audiences.
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
  • Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on expertise with MAP+ CRM + analytics stack (and governance best practices).
  • Strong grasp of web performance, SEO fundamentals, CRO, tagging, and reporting.
  • Operational rigor: process design, documentation, QA discipline, and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable translating technical offerings into effective digital journeys (without dumbing down).

Responsibilities

  • Website strategy & performance: Own site roadmap, IA/navigation, key journeys (enterprise, government, partners, developers), and conversion goals.
  • Web ops & governance: Manage releases, QA, accessibility, privacy/cookie compliance, tag governance, and integrations (MAP/CRM/analytics).
  • Conversion optimization: Run continuous experimentation (A/B tests), landing page standards, form strategy, and funnel improvements.
  • SEO/SEM operations: Drive technical SEO, content SEO enablement, paid search governance, and reporting; manage agencies/vendors as needed.
  • Marketing automation: Own the MAP (e.g., Marketo/HubSpot) configuration, templates, programs, scoring, routing, and lifecycle stage definitions.
  • Nurture & lifecycle: Build/operate drip programs and lifecycleflows aligned to technical buyer journeys; partner with PMM and field on content and sequencing.
  • Lead-to-sales interface: Define SLAs with RevOps/Sales, ensure fast routing, notifications, feedback loops, and closed-loop reporting.
  • Data & database hygiene: Own segmentation architecture, enrichment, dedupe, consent, and governance across CRM/MAP.
  • Analytics & attribution: Maintain dashboards for web+ funnel performance; deliver insights leadership trusts (pipeline impact, velocity, efficiency).
  • Process & operating rhythm: Standardize intake, campaign setup, naming conventions, QA, launch checklists, and post-mortems.
