AmTrust Worker’s Comp Claims is hiring a position for Director, WC Claims Zonal Operations. These positions can be based in an office or remotely. Positions work closely with the Worker’s Comp leadership team and reports directly to the Head of WC Claims Operations. The role will involve a strong focus on initiatives championed by the WC Claims national and zonal leadership. These individuals will directly lead improvements, including development and execution of continuous improvement to the operating model, as well as maintaining consistency and process change initiatives. The Director will also be charged with execution of priorities as defined by the Worker’s Comp strategic plan and to elevate Zonal KPI performance. The individuals are expected to display a high degree of focus on driving projects to completion while building relationships with stakeholders. Those within a 50 mile radius of an AmTrust office will be expected to abide by a hybrid schedule.
