About The Position

At Torani, flavor is our passion but it's our people who bring that passion to life. We're entering an exciting new chapter with the opening of our state-of-the-art, 300,000-square-foot distribution center, designed to power the next wave of growth for our business. As we double in size and prepare for the buildout of a second manufacturing and distribution facility on the East Coast, we need a seasoned, people-first warehouse leader to guide us forward. This is a high-impact, senior role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. We're looking for a leader of leaders, someone who can energize and develop a large and growing team, drive operational excellence, and help shape a scalable, future-ready distribution network. You'll lead with heart, make smart decisions with a system-wide view, and coach others to do the same. You'll bring curiosity and capability to our WMS transformation, identify ways to leverage and enhance our tools, and serve as a collaborative cross functional partner, always keeping the customer in view.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in food or beverage distribution, with at least 5 years in a senior-level warehouse or supply chain role.
• Proven track record of leading leaders, building high-performing teams, and scaling operations.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse management systems and experience designing roadmaps for future system enhancements and integrations.
• Strong background in warehouse automation, inventory control, and continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen methodologies).
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning.
• Excellent judgment, empathy, and the ability to balance speed with thoughtfulness.
• Able to sit, stand, walk for extended periods.
