The Director, Warehouse Operations is responsible for leading all aspects of warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring efficient material flow, trade compliance, and cost control across domestic and international operations. This role drives operational excellence, enforces transportation agreements, and supports manufacturing through effective planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination. The position requires strong system expertise, regulatory compliance, export control and leadership in a dynamic environment. This position reports to the Director, North American Logistics Operations, and is part of the Global Supply Chain located in Lodi, CA, and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Oversee warehouse operations, transportation services, and freight expense containment. Execute production and customer order fulfillment per schedule. Ensure compliance with ISO 9000, IATA, OSHA, DOT, FAA, FDA, and export control regulations. Optimize inventory accuracy, return-to-stock processes, and dock-to-stock cycle times. Maintain trade compliance and SAP system integrity, including user training and audit readiness. Manage transaction infrastructure, financial reconciliation, and in-transit visibility. Provide 24/7 operational support and resolve shipping issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field and 5-7 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP WM/EWM and warehouse automation technologies.
  • Strong expertise in WMS, inventory control, and safety compliance
  • Proven ability in resource planning, labor management, and operational optimization.
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 30lb
  • Ability to work at a desk with computer for extended periods of time
  • Occasional travel as required
