CAA’s Brand Management team is seeking a Director/VP of Business Development to join our fast growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong sales executive with expertise in the licensing industry to grow in a strategic, team oriented environment where they can partner with best-in-class brands. The candidate must be a self-starting business developer, committed and highly motivated in delivering relationships as well as implementing licensing strategies for the North America portfolio of Brands. They will have the ability to lead negotiations with key manufactures and retailers, while working across all business functions with both internal and external stakeholders.
