Avivo serves nearly 15,000 individuals each year, helping them achieve recovery, housing stability, and economic advancement. Since 1960, we’ve specialized in supporting individuals and families facing complex barriers—poverty, homelessness, chemical addiction, and mental health concerns—through a holistic approach that embraces each person’s unique journey. As Director of Volunteer Services, you’ll lead Avivo’s volunteer and in-kind donation programs, creating meaningful opportunities for community engagement and ensuring resources flow to those who need them most. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll shape volunteer experiences, build partnerships, and strengthen Avivo’s mission impact. This position is a 32 hr. work week but paid for 40 hrs.
