VCA is looking for a seasoned leader to join the Digital Partners + Fintech team. This Director will serve as a senior leader within VCA’s Digital Partners + Fintech team, responsible for driving consulting revenue, leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering high-impact engagements for some of Visa’s most strategic technology and fintech clients. This role combines commercial ownership (selling and account expansion), engagement leadership (end-to-end delivery), and people leadership, while shaping Visa’s position as a trusted strategic partner to the digital ecosystem. Engagements may include payments and digital commerce strategy, competitive and performance benchmarking, card and wallet value proposition development, customer life cycle analytics (acquisition, engagement, retention), personalization, customer segmentation, loyalty optimization, propensity modeling and geospatial insights to name a few.
