The Director, VinSolutions CRM is accountable for leading, scaling, and evolving the VinSolutions Core CRM business. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, Lead Management, Communications, Integrations, and Reporting. As the owner of Core CRM, this leader informs the long‑term vision, drives enterprise‑wide execution, and ensures VinSolutions continues to deliver dealer value. This role serves as the champion for Core CRM strategy and execution integrating dealer feedback and competitive intelligence, AI enablement, and platform priorities into a unified operating plan. The Director will influence cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Performance Management, and Finance to accelerate CRM growth, strengthen competitive differentiation, and shape the connected Cox Automotive retail experience. The role also directly manages one team member who supports Core CRM strategy and execution.
