About The Position
The Vice President of M&A Integration is a highly visible and impactful role, helping shape the future of Panorama Eyecare. This position is responsible for supporting acquisition activity from pre-close planning to full integration, and acts as a project manager sponsoring executive leadership as well as operational and functional leaders by developing and executing integration strategies that support each transaction. This role is an opportunity to build a new function from the ground up as the company's first integration hire.
