This role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Fidelity vendors and ensuring adherence to the Vendor Management Oversight Policy and enterprise vendor management standards. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of each vendor’s products and services across Fidelity, assess and monitor vendor-related risks, evaluate performance against contractual commitments, and create vendor scorecards to drive transparency and accountability. You will provide executives and senior leaders with a comprehensive view of vendor relationships, including strategic alignment, spend governance, risk and resilience, and overall vendor health. The role involves interpreting internal and external vendor trends, analyzing vendor data and metrics to inform strategic decisions, and influencing outcomes through effective engagement with stakeholders across Fidelity. You will also collaborate with key partners such as procurement, vendor risk, enterprise cybersecurity, credit risk, and enterprise relationship management, while contributing to the ongoing development of vendor management tools, data, and best practices used across the firm. The Enterprise Vendor Management team serves as a center of excellence focused on strengthening Fidelity’s vendor relationships through intelligence, performance management, and risk oversight. The team partners closely with business units and enterprise functions to ensure vendors deliver value aligned with Fidelity’s strategic objectives. Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends onsite and offsite experiences to support both business needs and associate flexibility. Most hybrid roles require working onsite every other week in a Fidelity office, with the remaining time spent working remotely. This model fosters collaboration, innovation, and connection while allowing for flexibility where it adds the most value.
