About The Position
The Director of Value, Evidence & Outcomes (VEO) at Arcellx is a senior leadership role focused on enhancing patient access and transforming healthcare delivery through health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) and real-world evidence (RWE). This position serves as the primary interface with payers, health systems, and policymakers, driving the strategy and execution of RWE/HEOR initiatives to support the launch of innovative therapies, particularly in oncology.
