Architect a high‑performance builder ecosystem with secure, scalable environments that accelerate experimentation, rapid iteration, and demonstration of high‑impact solutions. Oversee end‑to‑end advancement of initiatives, ensuring seamless progression from experimentation to enterprise deployment while upholding architectural integrity, security, and regulatory standards. Influence and align senior business leaders, CIOs, SMEs, and key ecosystem partners to prioritize transformational opportunities and drive co‑development under disciplined controls. Safeguard enterprise posture by embedding architecture, data, cyber, and risk rigor early in the lifecycle, while championing a strategic build‑vs‑buy approach that accelerates differentiation. Define and manage a comprehensive performance framework for the Foundry, communicating impact, value realization, and strategic outcomes to executive leadership and positioning the Foundry as a competitive advantage for Valley. Qualifications Required Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead complex technology initiatives in regulated or large‑scale enterprise environments, driving concepts through full execution and production. Strong capability in leading and inspiring cross‑functional teams--including engineering, data, cyber, and business stakeholders--while fostering a collaborative, challenge‑positive culture. Advanced skill in simplifying and communicating complex technical concepts to senior non‑technical audiences with clarity and influence. Deep understanding of modern technology stacks, cloud architectures, data and AI capabilities, and core cybersecurity principles. Expertise balancing rapid experimentation with enterprise‑grade architecture, security, and operational rigor, supported by an engineering foundation. Proven operating discipline with experience defining innovation operating models, governance structures, and execution cadences, including in startup or early‑stage tech environments. Strong ability to create structure in ambiguity, establish momentum, and drive action‑oriented execution across multiple parallel initiatives. Skilled in engaging and managing internal and external partners--including fintechs, startups, vendors, and ecosystem collaborators--with credibility, clarity, and a deep understanding of co‑development dynamics in regulated industries.
