About The Position
We are seeking a Director, Utility & IPP Origination to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role reports to the Vice President, Global Power & Utilities and will be based remotely in Texas. The Senior Director, Utility & IPP Origination would join our team to source, negotiate, and execute Power Purchase Agreements ("PPAs") and Capital Purchase ("CapEx") Agreements with utilities and independent power producers located in the US. This position will initiate new sales efforts and close transactions with utilities and IPPs. The position requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, constantly collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to meet revenue-driven deadlines.
