Blue Yonder is seeking an innovative, captivating and forward-thinking Solution Experience Strategist and Evangelist to elevate the Experience Layer outcomes both internally and externally for Prospect & Customer advocacy. This strategic role is at the forefront of transforming our product and pioneering a new culture centered around experience-driven strategies. Reporting directly to the Chief Design Officer, you will be responsible for bridging the opportunity gaps between Pre-Sales and customers to ensure the investment in Design is being implemented, driving the use of design tools/thinking regardless of job function, translating external insights and feedback to ensure they inform meaningful product development, storytelling about our strategy - what's new and where we're going, and capturing the hearts and minds of the market (prospect/customer). You will play a key role in shaping how our company transitions from app-based to cloud-platform to agent-driven solutions to pioneer system autonomy for the supply chain.
