The Global Advertising and Brand Management (GABM) team is responsible for creating marketplace demand and driving commerce for American Express products and services through differentiated and innovative branding, marketing, and experiences. The U.S. Consumer Services Governance & Control Risk Identification and Assessment team partners with GABM to identify, assess, mitigate, and report risks across business unit processes. This work ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Amex policies while strengthening the business unit’s resilience through a clear and consistent approach to managing inherent and residual risk. This role is focused on ensuring control management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization.
