Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the internal sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for the sales team.
  • Recruit, onboard, and build a cohesive sales team.
  • Direct and oversee daily activities to support sales opportunities.
  • Identify and develop innovative sales opportunities and concepts.
  • Collaborate with the US Distribution management team on staffing levels.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for proposals and opportunities.
  • Coordinate post-implementation system support for efficiency.
  • Gather and disseminate product information to the sales team.
  • Plan and implement effective sales campaigns with management.
  • Define and manage ongoing communication with inside sales teams.
  • Oversee the continuous professional development of sales support staff.
