The Director, US Communications will support the development and execution of strategic product and portfolio communications initiatives to advance Genmab’s reputation and visibility across the United States. This role will lead communications strategy and execution for the oncology portfolio, including key brand initiations in the US, employee engagement, thought leadership, and media relations, working in close partnership with brand leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure effective and aligned communications that support and advance business priorities. In addition to brand communications leadership, the Director will contribute to broader US communications initiatives that strengthen Genmab’s visibility, reputation, and engagement with internal and external audiences. This role will collaborate closely with both the US Commercialization and Communications & Corporate Affairs functions to ensure consistent messaging and effective pull-through of enterprise priorities in the US market. The position will report to the Head of US Communications. Work arrangement: This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%–40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager and will be based in the Genmab offices in Princeton, New Jersey.
