The role The Director, Client Marketing Partnerships leads a portfolio of strategic, fast moving clients and serves as a primary marketing partner for their business. You will deepen relationships, uncover growth opportunities, and steer integrated marketing programs that deliver results. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, audiences, and constraints such as resourcing or capabilities. You will translate those insights into clear account plans and initiatives that bring together Visa Marketing Services, data, consulting, sponsorship, and AI enabled capabilities. This role blends strategic thinking, people leadership, and hands on program oversight. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, set the bar for strategic rigor, business alignment, creative excellence, and smart use of AI, and ensure the team stays focused on the highest impact work. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
