About The Position
The Director Underwriting Operations is responsible for managing all Zenith Underwriting Operations Managers. In collaboration with corporate and regional branch office partners, the position will make recommendations to develop and maintain a streamlined underwriting support organizational structure to enhance cross-regional support for the business. This role is eligible to participate in Zenith's hybrid work schedule which provides the flexibility to work from home on select days of the week according to the in-office schedule established by regional executive leadership.
