As Director, you will work with the U.S. Scaled leadership team to set strategic objectives that move the business forward and run the day-to-day operations of the business. You'll take an analytical approach to sales management by leveraging data to drive performance and influence customer buy in. You'll also lead an early career high-performing account team by helping them develop critical sales skills and inspiring them to reach for ambitious goals. Your knowledge of the small business landscape and digital media, combined with your sales leadership, shapes how new and existing clients/agencies will grow. In this role, you will advocate for our values and business practices throughout the organization, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent. As a business leader, you will drive team engagement, lead transparently, and exemplify respect. Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities.
