Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 4 years of Corporate Communications experience, or Master's degree and 7 years of Corporate Communications experience, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years of Corporate Communications experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 7-10 years of experience in Corporate Affairs related positions with strong regulatory oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic communication plans.
  • Highly effective at identifying 'big picture' stories for premier publications.
  • Superior verbal, written and digital communication skills.
  • Strong project management and facilitation skills.
  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to think quickly, analytically, and creatively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop U.S. communications strategies for TEPEZZA and KRYSTEXXA to support patient and healthcare professional awareness and engagement.
  • Produce owned media opportunities through the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy integrated with the enterprise content team.
  • Interact cross-functionally with various teams, including the U.S. marketing team, medical affairs, and patient advocacy.
  • Work closely with the Global Portfolio Communications team to share best practices and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Identify and manage issues for the brand, coordinating with enterprise media teams and corporate communications.
  • Lead a team that supports U.S. Rare Disease Portfolio Communications for TEPEZZA and KRYSTEXXA.
