About The Position

We're seeking an experienced Director of Trust & Safety Policy to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive safety policies across Lyft's transportation platform. This role will provide strategic oversight and cross-functional leadership to ensure the safety and trust of our riders, drivers, and communities across all business units including Rideshare and LUS (Lyft Urban Services).
