This role requires a strategic problem solver with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in leading sophisticated change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology delivery methods, business agility, change management, and the ability to influence and collaborate with partners at all levels. The Director, Transformation Engagement leads and manages resources to ensure effective execution of large-scale organizational transformations and associated programs/projects aligned with business strategies. This leader provides program oversight, mentors teams, resolves integration issues, and drives organizational change. They also develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and transformation, foster innovation, and manage change in complex and rapidly changing environments, while overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio; TX, Plano; TX, Phoenix; AZ, Charlotte; NC, Tampa; FL, Colorado Springs; CO.
