The primary responsibilities of this role, Director Transfer Pricing & Business Models are to: Reporting directly to the Head of Tax Advisory, the jobholder has global responsibility for all Transfer Price related activities of the Division CropScience and represents Bayer in that regard to tax authorities, to third parties, e.g. tax advisors, auditors (e.g. Deloitte), as well as intra-group to the business / subgroups and affiliated companies. The job holder provides global leadership and governance for heading the CropScience Transfer Price Community and reports to the Head of Tax Advisory; the department / function Transfer Pricing & Business Models is one pillar of Bayer's tax strategy for value creation. The major tasks and responsibilities include: Global responsibility for Transfer Pricing (TP) of the division CropScience; Governance and guidelines for divisional transfer pricing; Steering CropScience TP community across all functions; Execution of transfer pricing projects - Co-Heading the Divisional Business Model Council - Establishment and steering of global tax efficient business models - Center of expertise for TP management and TP settings; Support of local transfer price audits; Expertise on local TP specifics; Implementation of TP guidelines; Governance for execution Local TP documentation requirements.
