About The Position

The Director, Total Store Planning is accountable for leading the Total Store Planning team to identify, through analysis of both internal and external data, opportunities and risks for Merch Comp focus stores. The Director will build strong working relationships with critical business partners such as Regional Planning, Merchandising Forecasting, Allocation, Location Planning, Real Estate and Field leaders to collaborate, influence and align on the successful execution of key store strategies. As a thought leader who is solutions oriented, the Director will identify best practices and new ways of working to drive process efficiencies and effectiveness for the team. Additionally, the Director will cultivate a collaborative and results oriented environment that supports associate learning and development.
