Over the coming months, Sabre is working with TPG to formally separate the Hospitality Solutions business from Sabre. It is important to understand that while you will be employed by a Sabre legal entity, your role will be to support the Hospitality Solutions business, which is now owned by TPG. Requirements

  • 8+ years in HR, with deep compensation & benefits leadership experience.
  • Proven track record running rewards programs across multiple countries.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into action.
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our global compensation strategy — salary structures, incentives, equity, and more.
  • Oversee benefits programs worldwide, ensuring they’re cost-effective, competitive, and valued.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) from start to finish.
  • Partner with leaders and HRBPs on offers, promotions, and pay decisions.
  • Use data to evaluate program impact and guide decision-making.
