The Director of Total Rewards will lead the strategic development and execution of innovative compensation, benefits, and HRIS programs that align with BioAgilytix's goals and culture. As a global CRO with locations across the U.S. (California, North Carolina, Massachusetts), Germany, and Australia, this role requires crafting competitive and compliant total rewards packages that address diverse regional needs. The Director will ensure HRIS systems operate seamlessly, drive data-driven improvements, and stay ahead of global and local industry best practices. As a leader, you'll mentor a high-performing Total Rewards team, manage budgets, collaborate with external vendors, and champion transparent communication and education around rewards programs. Success in this role will focus on fostering continuous improvement and enhancing the employee experience worldwide.
