Nasuni is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to design, lead, and scale our global compensation, benefits, equity, and HR systems strategy. This hands-on leader will play a critical role in ensuring Nasuni attracts, motivates, and retains top talent through competitive, equitable, and data-driven total rewards programs. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will partner with executive leadership to shape compensation philosophy, oversee benefits design and administration, manage equity programs, and lead the HRIS function for accuracy, efficiency, and insights. You will manage a small but high-impact team responsible for delivering excellence across all aspects of total rewards, compensation, equity, LTIP, benefits, and HRIS (UKG, CultureAMP, Greenhouse, Workato, JIRA, AI Workflows) systems..
