About The Position

Nasuni is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to design, lead, and scale our global compensation, benefits, equity, and HR systems strategy. This hands-on leader will play a critical role in ensuring Nasuni attracts, motivates, and retains top talent through competitive, equitable, and data-driven total rewards programs. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will partner with executive leadership to shape compensation philosophy, oversee benefits design and administration, manage equity programs, and lead the HRIS function for accuracy, efficiency, and insights. You will manage a small but high-impact team responsible for delivering excellence across all aspects of total rewards, compensation, equity, LTIP, benefits, and HRIS (UKG, CultureAMP, Greenhouse, Workato, JIRA, AI Workflows) systems..

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, including compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation design, salary structures, benchmarking, and equity administration.
  • Experience managing benefits strategy and vendor relationships in a global, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and compensation analytics tools.
  • Proven experience implementing or managing HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, ADP, BambooHR, or similar).
  • Strategic thinker who is also hands-on, data-driven, and execution-focused.
  • AI and Automation Mindset to build global systems to increase productivity in a high-growth Global SaaS company.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP, CEBS, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a global compensation framework that supports Nasuni’s growth strategy and pay-for-performance culture.
  • Conduct competitive market analyses to ensure pay equity and alignment with external benchmarks.
  • Design and manage annual compensation planning, merit cycles, and incentive programs for all roles.
  • Partner with Finance and department leaders to model compensation and equity scenarios.
  • Lead all aspects of benefits strategy, design, and administration across the U.S. and international regions. (US, Ireland, UK, Germany, India)
  • Evaluate and evolve Nasuni’s benefits portfolio to ensure it is competitive, inclusive, and cost-effective.
  • Drive vendor management, renewals, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee equity administration and partner with Legal and Finance on plan compliance, grants, and reporting.
  • Educate employees and managers on total compensation, including equity and long-term incentives.
  • Lead the HRIS function to ensure data integrity, seamless integration with other business systems, and a best-in-class employee experience.
  • Use people analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders and the CPO.
  • Help design and implement AI Workflows across HRIS Systems for the People Team.
  • Manage and develop a team of three direct reports across Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS.
  • Partner closely with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and the People Leadership Team on all aspects of total rewards, including Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS Systems.
