The Director, Performance and Rewards is accountable for the overall design, implementation, administration, and communication of PANDORA (NAM) North Americas' compensation, sales incentive and benefit programs. In this role you will provide strategic long-range planning and vision for compensation and benefits programs/practices for all North Americas, including US and Canada and the Caribbean. You will be responsible for providing consultative support to the Human Resources team and the PANDORA NAM management team on all compensation and benefit-related matters. This role will also partner with the corporate global office in Copenhagen, Denmark and provide analytical and consultative support regarding global compensation/benefit issues and trends. This role will report to the VP, Human Resources and manage an onsite and remote based team consisting of benefits, compensation, and performance.
