About The Position

As Director, Total Rewards, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping Edmentum’s employee experience and driving our culture of excellence. You’ll lead a passionate team, champion innovative rewards strategies, and empower leaders across the organization to make data-driven decisions that fuel growth and engagement. In this role you will inspire and mentor the Total Rewards team to deliver best-in-class benefits, global payroll, and HR systems—making a real difference in the lives of our employees. You will architect and evolve compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that set Edmentum apart in the market. Leveraging data and insights, you will drive annual benchmarking, communicate trends, and influence strategic decisions at the highest levels. You will partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to craft compelling offers and equity grants that attract and retain top talent. Additionally, you will lead quarterly incentive planning, collaborating with senior leaders to reward performance and drive results. You will champion change management and cultural transformation, launching impactful projects that shape the future of our organization. Furthermore, you will optimize HRIS and payroll systems for seamless operations and compliance across global teams, taking on new challenges and evolving responsibilities, always seeking ways to elevate our people and our business.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits design, strategy, and compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 5 years’ experience in compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and lead a team.
  • Skilled in strategy development and administration of compensation and benefits.
  • Experience scaling rewards functions to support business growth.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and global regulations affecting payroll and compensation.
  • Experience in HR policy operationalization, compliance testing, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with HRIS configuration, implementation, and reporting (ADP Lyric preferred).
  • Strategic thinker with tactical execution and project management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, deadline-driven, and collaborative environments.
