Your role: Reporting into the VP of HR, the Director, Total Rewards & Global Benefits leads the strategy, governance, and execution of Global Relay’s global compensation and benefits programs. The role ensures our total rewards framework is competitive, equitable, financially disciplined, and aligned with the company’s growth. As Global Relay continues to scale globally/internationally, this role will guide the evolution of our rewards philosophy, job architecture, and compensation structures to match the organization’s expanding footprint. In this position, you will partner closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Legal, and executive leadership to design scalable, performance-driven reward programs across multiple geographies. You will provide strategic oversight to compensation governance, executive rewards, and global benefits while ensuring market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and operational rigor.
