Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
  • Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • 3+ years of work experience in youth-focused therapeutic settings.
  • 2+ years of work experience in management of youth-focused therapeutic settings.

Nice To Haves

  • Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of clinical and/or managerial experience in youth‑focused therapeutic settings.
  • Experience supporting program operations, staff supervision, or program growth.
  • Familiarity with clinical documentation, data systems, and outcome tracking.
  • Passion for youth development and therapeutic innovation.
  • Comfort balancing administrative responsibilities with hands‑on leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and systems.
  • Physical ability to perform MAP and TCI functions and attend offsite meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and direct care staff.
  • Oversee scheduling, logistics, and day‑to‑day operations to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
  • Support the implementation of trauma‑informed care, CBT, and behavior management models.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and external providers to create coordinated support systems.
  • Provide direct care, consultation, and oversight of program services.
  • Monitor outcomes and use data to drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Participate in leadership committees and training initiatives that influence agency‑wide practice.
