We are seeking a dynamic Director of Software Engineering to lead our UHC GCO Claims engineering deliverables. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise-wide capability initiatives, as AI technologies advance. The successful candidate will build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, foster cross-functional relationships, and champion platform strategies that streamline operations and reduce redundancies. This is a people leader role, managing managers and guiding a global team, with a solid focus on change management and enterprise asset development.
