Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
3+ years progressive experience in technical program management or standards development
Demonstrated project management and leadership capabilities
Travel requirement: 30%

Standards industry experience
Technical committee or professional association management experience
PMP or similar project management certification
Experience with agile development methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with team members to accomplish work

Responsibilities

Technology Leadership: Partner with Standards Development, IT, Digital Services, and Product Management teams to translate member requirements into technical solutions, overseeing user acceptance testing and product delivery
Project Management: Lead complex technology improvement projects from conception to implementation, including incident ticket support and backlog management
Strategic Planning: Research industry trends for standards organizations and/or membership related technology and collaborate with senior leadership on annual business planning and capital investments
Member Enhancements: Build relationships with committee members and industry leaders. Collaborate with staff and utilize member focus groups to gather new ideas for member tools and resources.
