About The Position

Sam's Club is our membership warehouse club, a business model that provides our members with high-quality products at prices that are unrivaled by traditional retail. Requirements

  • Proven experience in technology strategy, program management, or engineering operations at scale.
  • Exceptional ability to translate strategic vision into actionable execution plans.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, headcount planning, and operational KPIs.
  • A growth mindset, with a passion for building teams, driving innovation, and creating operational excellence.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years' experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 8 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 3 years' supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
