About The Position

This role will require you to work a hybrid schedule coming into the office 2 days per week at our Columbus, OH or Des Moines, IA office location. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and manage a team of six Technology Innovation Analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. You will conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities to ensure continuous growth. Overseeing the planning function within the Agency and Data Solutions BSA, you will develop and implement strategic technology plans that align with business objectives. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will ensure that technology initiatives support organizational goals.
